Today we’re going to begin the 31 day fitness challenge.
There are a few rest days built in and the workouts gradually get harder.
If you’re struggling with the workout or the repetitions, break them down into smaller sets.
If they’re easy for you do AMRAP for 15 minutes or longer for the circuit.
